The Proceedings of the Conference will be published by Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. CCIS is abstracted/indexed in EI-Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference. Attendance by at least one author of accepted papers is mandatory. Papers should be written in English.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format for their initial submission. Full (Regular) Papers should not exceed 12 pages, while Short Papers should not exceed 6 pages, in LNCS format including tables, figures and references. Submissions should include the title, keywords, abstract, list of authors (including contact author) and the full paper document in PDF format.
