The Proceedings of the Conference will be published by Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. CCIS is abstracted/indexed in EI-Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.

The final paper must conform to Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format, with no page numbers. Regular (Full) papers have a page limit of 12 pages and Short papers have a page limit of 6 pages in LNCS format, but in both cases up to two extra pages can be purchased at an additional charge of S$100 per page, to be paid with the registration fee for the conference. When preparing the final version of your paper, please address the reviewers' comments and check carefully the quality of English used. Note that author's names should appear with the given name(s) first and the family name last.

The final version of the paper should be uploaded by 31st August 2019 via EasyChair, upon notification of acceptance. Please read the guidelines carefully before making a submission. In addition to the pdf version of the paper, please submit the source of your paper, either as a Word file or as a zip file containing the LaTeX sources, figures, associated style files, bib files, etc. The published paper will be typeset using the authors' source data. Also the CCIS Consent to Publish form must be signed by the authors of each paper (at least by the corresponding author), and submitted together with the final version of the paper. The conference name is AsiaSim 2019.

Full (Regular) and Short Papers will be presented orally at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 31st August 2019 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
