At the urgent request of the Queen, Admiral Lord Nelson has ordered all ships to put to sea immediately. You and your team have joined one of various ships on a journey to a far off island to retrieve the key ingredient to make medicine which can stop the plague, which threatens the entire planet. The ingredient is believed to be in plant on the South Seas Islands. The more plants which are brought back, the more medicine that can be made and the more people who can be saved, but there is also a time constraint - take too long and many people will perish. 7 Seas Quest investigates all of the team dynamic elements with a facilitated de-brief. The de-brief links exercise experiences and lessons learned with the real world. Teams must manage inter and intra team conflicts to be successful.
